DOPE

edit: Can i make a request since i will probably buy this car when you get tired of it, build the motor so it can rev to 8.5k and then throw a 200 shot on it, i would like the first stage to come on in 2nd gear and be 100, then in 3rd gear the 2nd stage (another 100) that is also getting fuel from a separate fuel cell with c16 in it. Have both stages come on progressively to get away from that nitrous hit that breaks stuff. Also, put a nitrous solenoid before the split for the two stages so that in case one of the other nitrous noids sticks open, this will act as a backup and close and prevent a big problem.

Thanks in advance.

2nd edit: If i didn't want a family i would cut my nuts off for this car....after the nitrous kit of course. <---My way of saying that i think your car is awesome, many props to you.

JIC is definitely more ballsy, but the Amuse is just crisp, clean, and much more exotic sounding. However, I would only have this opinion for a straight piped Amuse :)

The 2 smaller ones, I think I got it handled to upload to myspace, but the last two are about 120 mb each. I have the files saved at work and will email them to you if those sizes are fine.

Something tells me even gmail wont accept a file size that big. How about AIM? Can you AIM transfer it to me?

MIAPLAYA 02-12-2007 08:22 PM

Nevermind. I'm just downloading them from your current host. I'll put them on my server in a few and post links..

WorldOne 02-12-2007 08:22 PM

I love it, it is "loud" but not obnoxiously loud.

LOL man. I read this the other night and busted out laughing and my friend was like "WTF, why are you laughing so loud in there by yourself?"

groovin_350z 02-15-2007 01:50 AM

wow. this exhaust sounds so much nicer than the JIC one. SO SICK!!!

Slick 6MT 02-15-2007 10:43 AM

Sounds amazing! I laughed when I noticed that it only has breather mods. Imagine if you put cams, valvetrain and raised the compression! That, my friends, would be sick!

I'd love to see your vid clip owning freeway with that exhaust!
BTW, thanks for the JP Type-N kit!! It's on the way.:)

Playboy 02-15-2007 07:40 PM

umm...wow......

The JIC sounds like it's going to rip you a new *******. My buddy has the same Single Ti but sounds not so aggressive, he doesn't have straight pipes or headers.

The amuse sounds really damn smooth...daamn. Nice videos!

plumpzz 02-15-2007 07:49 PM

My exhaust sounds almost like that amuse one, so i know it sounds good, but i cant imagine paying so much.. wtf am i talking about, iw ent thru 3 exhauasts! lol. Ill take a video of mine tomarrow. I want to compare! Btw, do u have pics of the Y pipe on the car? I want to see the merge point. Its not rasping, and i think cause the merge point may be farther back.

Not to sound arrogant, but I highly doubt that a SVRTechnologies exhaust is as smooth as the Amuse. I have heard the SVRT exhausts in person and although it is pretty nice...it is not in the same class. The video doesn't do it justice and it still sounds clean on video that was filmed with a digital camera. Plus I have not seen anything close to the quality (Not even a close 2nd!!!) of the welds and titanium on this thing besides my friend's NSX custom exhaust from Japan. I'd really like to see an ARC exhaust in person to compare as I am sure it is in the same realm as far as quality.

Keep in mind that typically stainless steel has a huge advantage as far as sound when compared to their titanium counterparts, but the Amuse executes it with the use of titanium, good looks, weight savings, quality metal (when compared to other Ti exhausts I have seen), and near flawless welds. It is like the perfect woman.

I might have a few pics, but I have to dig since I haven't had it lifted on a rack in a while since I have been doing more of my own work lately and only use regular jacks.

WorldOne 02-16-2007 10:28 AM

+1

I have yet to hear an exhaust that sounds close to an Amuse R1.

+1 It's crazy how near perfect the welds are, you just have to see it in-person.
