|

Dyno's are done. We need to get another car in here though for more testing. But so far the results look great.
7.715 HP to the wheels 10.055 TQ to the wheels Averaged accross 4 runs. :) |
Was this with a tune or just straight bolt on and dyno? Would you guys be able to do a group buy on this product?
|
car was not tuned. Just had the battery disconected to reset the ecu. Info here https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=305735
very good/fair price considering it's competitors are 100 dollars more. |

We are having a GB on this now. They are $100 off. This car has a problem with one of the O2 sensors though. We stripped the threads on one of the O2 sensors as we removed it from the stock cat. Had to use a thread file and a pick to try and repair the threads as best we could, but may have damaged it during the whole process (lots of WD40, PB Blaster, & cussing). |
off topic for the 2003-2006 HFC's
what is the difference between the: Metallic Substrate HFC's and High Flow Cats (HFC) other than the $100? |

what is the difference between the: Metallic Substrate HFC's and High Flow Cats (HFC) other than the $100? Metallic substrate on the left. Engineering sample from Magnaflow (59950 series). Ceramic substrate on the right. The metallic core sample is what it looks like before it's coated, but you get the idea. http://berktechnology.com/forums/mag...amic%20cat.jpg And here's a customer posted image of the actual manufactured metallic core cat. Compared this to the ceramic cat (above right). http://charlie-cr.smugmug.com/photos/200826004-M.jpg |
thanks for the info!
|
these look good and are a bit cheaper than other 07 HFC's. good job on coming out with a quality product at a good price.
|

|
the group buy page is listed in the first post.
