Tire sizes for OEM 17's
 

I was hoping to get a fresh perspective from those that have switched up the tire sizes on their OEM 17's. I need to replace my tires and was thinking about going with a 255/45 and 245/45 setup. Is this a decent setup? Is there something better?

doesnt that make a bigger gap between tire and fender since the tires are getting thinner

Those sizes are a great fit. I'm running a set of BFG KDWS in those sizes.

Approx. size differences:

235/50 - 26.3" tall
255/45 - 26.0"
225/50 - 25.9"
245/45 - 25.7"

conti 255/45/17 are perfect fit for the rear.
