can't put center cap on rear wheels.
just got a set of rota p45-r wheels. and fronts are look fine without a centercap.
but rears need to be covered with sth. Seems like there is no space for wheel cap. and those axles are kinda rusted. should i put wheel spacer? any suggestions? |
I can't understand why there would be a problem. I guess you could always paint the axle end flat black. That would hide your rust.

its a known issue.........certain offset ones wont allow the caps to fit.
might i suggest what i mention here in post 5: https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...ndle-area.html OR you can try...5mm spacers??? would that be enough?? from the looks of the cap to oem hub interference? http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35...oducts_id=3118 and notice their comment as well: Extended lug studs are required with the 10, 15, and 20 mm spacers. Always check to make sure the lug nut has sufficient thread available on the stud to secure it. -J |
You will need 3mm spacers for the back wheels. You can go up to 5mm without needing longer studs. No more than 5mm though. Set of universal spacers are less than 10.00 dollars. I have the rota boost wheels with 3mm spacers on the back wheels.
