10.5 inch wide Volk TE-37's on CS

19x10.5 +22 in the rear with the 19x9.5's +22 up front. Will be lowering her soon but I'm still loving the fat lip in the back. Thanks to John in Sacto who came through with the right guys to roll the rear fenders, which of course will be much more crucial when I do lower her. And sorry for the funny angle in the pic, my drive way is a little narrow :)

Hey those are really nice! I have to worry about selling my other car before thinking about new wheels for my Z..:icon11:

so we do need to roll the fender with the 19x10.5 22+ setup in the back? b/c i heard some other people said in other thread that if i keep it with stock hight then i wont need to roll the fender? i am confuse now, b/c i am buying one soon, and i have no idea about these offset, but all i want is a fat lip in the back, but i dont want to go through problems like rubbing or rolling the fender, can you confirm if i need to roll the fender even if i have stock hight? thanks

I don't think I really had to roll the fenders with the stock height, but since I did roll them before getting the wheels installed, I don't know for sure. Also I do plan on lowering very soon which is why I had it done straight away. I would prob. do it just in case though. The procedure was very simple and it didn't cost that much. Plus if you ever decide to lower down the road you'll be all set.

from the pic it looks like you dont have to...its pretty easy to tell...if you are familiar with the piece that they rolled then you would be able to tell us (just by feeling the amount of room) if it would fit

Thanks ZilvaZ. And like I said, I do believe these wheels will fit without rolling, but I don't want to be quoted on it. It's too heavy of an investment to make such a statement without having seen or done it first hand. Or if you are totally against getting them rolled go for a different width / offset combo. I just saw a Z on the cover of the latest PAS that had the fat lip in the rears but were tucked in a little. This should do the trick and I'm sure any performance shop like StreetSports can verify if they will rub or not with non-rolled fenders. Hankys_Z, PM me if you want me to pull the specs for you as I have the latest issue at home.

i have same wheels on my car with 10.5 in back stock height = no rolling

jesperanza Nov 10, 2003 01:12 PM

Any more pics?

apharmdb Nov 10, 2003 01:54 PM

This is the only shot I took but I will take more tomorrow morning and will post a link.

rouxeny Nov 10, 2003 03:25 PM

Hey, that's exactly the setup I want to get on my car!

Put up more pics please!

I'm undecided on 9.5 vs 10.5 rears, thanks for the info on rolling the fenders.

Actually, it's not exactly. I'm probably going to do the 8.5 fronts.

Is that the "hi" or "low" face?

apharmdb Nov 10, 2003 04:22 PM

Will do Rouxeny. Extra pics should be up by tomorrow evening. Not sure what the difference between the hi and low face are as I didn't choose the wheels with that in mind, just went for the height, width, and offset parameters that would work to get what I was looking for. And actually I initially had the 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the rear all ordered up but started seeing pics on this site and in Hyper Rev with the wide lip. Once I saw that I chagned my order to the 10.5's. Simply couldn't resist.

TE37's don't have a low, hi, or mid face option.

Wait, I thought they did....after a whole year on this board, I'm still confused about wheels.
