Spacers for OEM 17's

Want to flush my OEM 17's. Currently dropped on Megan Springs 1.25 all around. What spacers would you recommend without having to get extended studs?

Start here....

I suspect a lot of people are going to ask the obvious question - why waste the time and money on OEM 17s?

I would do 25 mm front and rear.

sdZ33 Aug 31, 2010 03:20 PM

I did a 25 front and 30 rear... I'm currently lowered 1.25 as well... FYI, my rear fenders are rolled

SE5spd Aug 31, 2010 03:28 PM

im on OEM 07 wheels and have 25MM spacer all around and like it

Neu Era Aug 31, 2010 03:29 PM

I was thinking maybe 10mm front and 25mm Rear? Would lovve to see pics though.

SE5spd Aug 31, 2010 03:32 PM

Anyone have pics of OEM 17's with spacers?

VQpoweredZ Aug 31, 2010 03:41 PM

^^those aren't the same wheels. Those are 18's he's talking about 17's.

25mm front and 30mm rear, roll your fenders, lower the car

done

Neu Era Aug 31, 2010 03:50 PM

Again... Any pics...With OEM 17's?

teo797 Aug 31, 2010 06:21 PM

I'm still with my oem 17s and running 25mm front and 30mm rear. IMO that's the best looking setup for oem 17s. Your front spacer could be 20 or 25mm but the rear looks best with a 30mm.

I will try to pm you pics tomorrow after 6pm eastern.

Pushing narrow 17" OEM wheels out farther without adding adequate width tires doesn't feel right.

I'm also interested in going with some spacers on my 17" OEMs as well, as wheels are at the bottom of my priority list. I'm already running some 245s/255s, and want to avoid rolling fenders.

^^^ Just get used V2 Touring wheels if you're on a really tight budget--then get spacers for those :)

yea man oem 17s suck balls. but then again u could always reuse the spacers when u upgrade if u ever plan to
