Default I've had it with Volk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, I'm pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!I ordered a pair of 19" Volk GTC back in March from Mackin Industries. They came in in June and 1 was bent so all four had to go back. I received another set in September. God only knows why it took soooo long to get a replacement set!!! I had them on my car for 3 weeks and the clearcoat started to discolor on the 2 front wheels so I sent those back. Now it has been 5 weeks and I have yet to hear from them. THIS IS F$%# ing RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!! We've called no less than 8 times out to Mackin Industries and have gotten no reply. Anyone have problems like this with Mackin Industries??? I love the wheels but the customer service is absolutley horrendous!!!!!! Any ideas on what I can do??

I believe they are just an importer, actually the only importer for Volks so I guess their service suffers. I have merc silver te37s and when I called them for fitment specs they were not that helpful. They also took 4 months to get.

If you ever stepped into the tiny Mackin building all of your questions would be answered. It's horrendous.

HRE, Fikse, BBS, SSR, Work,...there are a lot of other quality choices out there other than just Volk.

Depending upon the width and offset, you certainly can have a wide lip on the rears of a Volk wheel. How much do the Maido wheels weigh? Will they fit over the Brembos?

They will have a stupid amount of lip if you buy the 18x11" +8mm offset.

Check out these new wheels by racing hart, they look awesome to me. BTW, i got HRE's, they are top notch if you are willing to pay top $ for quality.

BBS not light enough??

The 18 x8.5's are in the 18 lbs range and the 19's are under 20 lbs.
We have the RE , RGR , RSGT and LM's for the 350Z.
RE's are one piece forged
The otheres are multi pc forged light and strong.
We race with BBS wheels on our 350Z Grand AM Cup car.
We are a distributor for BBS 350Z wheels.
