The straps bent the bezel in making it look shitty.

The tow truck driver over tightened the straps. Since it a deep rim the middle is pretty weak. And the red bezel is just that. A cover over the rim. So when he tightened it down it kinda taco'd the red covers/ bezels (just the rear since they are dish style). I do not know another way to describe it.
