The problem right now is that until Nissan releases them on their own webiste, nobody will be downloading them and making them available anywhere else.
IIRC, it took almost a year after I bought my 2004 before a manual was available on the website.

They should be linked together so the index and TOC will take you to any of the other chapters/sections. If not, you open them one at a time.
