Has side by side comparison of 350Z to the 370Z. Nice. I think it looks better than the 350Z. More 240Z lile.

good find!!! After i saw the video of the car im really not that much of a fan of the styling. From the b-pillar back it looks really wierd. I will have to wait until i see this car in person but so far it does not do anything for me in the looks department. The one thing i do like about the car is the performance it will probably have and also the rear fenders. All i have to say is damn the rear fenders are huge.

Great pics! Good find. Looks like Nissan is letting the cat out of the bag finally. Getting everyone geared up for the release.

Thumbs up

I have been a fence dweller.....but this is a very impressive exposure to the new Z. The overall car is pulled together quite nicely. The interior, I'm sold. Hopefully, all levels will get this design.

Loved the backend profile shot especially. Looks like a widebody Z!!!

Door handles are kinda ugly. those that complained about the 350's handles[I liked em] will surely hate these...

Man, I was just about to post asking why Nissan is so stubborn about those vertical door handles. It is not the natural way to open a door anyway.

Thanks for the share!

I guess we can now assume without a doubt, that there is going to be a different (lower) trim. As this latest mule has a MT, no view screen and different brakes.

Interesting differences. It does in a subtle way, make the 350 look dated.

I wish they would compare two black cars. Just about any car looks good in black.

I gotta say that from the door on back I like the 350z lines better at least for now. Its a less hatchy look even though it is a hatch. And more portional overall. I like the shorter overhangs on the 370z front better. The headlights of the 370z and front do make the 350z look dated.

Latest pipe dream from me is the Nismo version getting the 3.8ltr NA version of the GTR's engine and probably making 380-400hp. Maybe they will be going after the Na GT3

I like the 350Z a lot, but as I stated in my other post there are some elements I think were awkward. The continuous arc along the profile in the 350z seems too elementary. Nissan seemed to be forced along that arch. You can also see that Nissan was almost "trying too hard" with making the profile of the tail lights form a continue line from the hatch. Again, seemed too contrived and the rear taillight cluster was too large. In the 370Z the lines flow more naturally, like the original 240z. Also, I think the headlight clusters were way too large. In the front the vertical ripples on the edges didn't seem to go well with the rest of the car. Finally the rear 3/4 view seemed awkward. Overall the 350z looks like some basic geometric shapes put together. Even the door had a "forced" arch. A nice looking car but a few little things I did not like but fixed with after market.

The 370Z to me is a step in the right direction. A big step. In my opinion I would not add to many after market body parts to it. Just wheels and springs. I think Nissan should get rid of those verticle door handles. Or make them less noticeable and blend them in more. Someone their at Nissan thinks they are cool. I don't.

Just my opinion though. Obviously.

I hate the flat part of the fender even on the 350z. Lends an unfinished look to the wheel arches. Its even bigger on the 370z. WHY? Would love to see the it just end in a curve wit a more discreet flat treatment like Porsche.

I agree with you on everything except the door handles. For some reason, I like them...

I hope Nissan releases Nismo parts (intake / exhaust / suspension) along with or shortly thereafter release. I would have those slapped on before taking delivery.

Nice! The roof line definitely looks more 240Zish. To me it looks more like the 240Z than the 350Z does, but it still retains some of the blockishness of the 350Z. Overall I like it. I can't wait until the unveil.
