For the first iteration and in the interest of getting it moving...hatch w/reinforcement. i'll go chassis mount in the near future, though.

How wide did you go? I just ordered an Apr 71" 2D wing and I'm trying to get an idea of how wide it will look on the car. Looks really nice!

Thanks! I was hoping you'd say yours was a little wider than it is! I guess there's a bit of an optical illusion going on seeing as the car is actually wider than the wing. Maybe 71" was pushing it

Meh, we'll see. Trying to give it a shakedown run in June at least.

Not really. Been lacking interest and playing with other toys. Hoping to work on it this weekend, though.

Doubt it. Been busy with other stuff and autoxing the SSP vette. I plan to work on the car this weekend a bit. Hopefully get the interior/dash finished up. There really isn't a ton left to do to get it running, but I've been lazy.

Worked on the car a bit this weekend. Wing is now mounted, got a template done for the front splitter, dash is mocked up (no connected yet) and some other odds and ends. Still a lot to do.
Same pic from the back as before....

Looking at the SOHO Z, it's hard to tell whether or not they filled the gap or if it's so small it'll have little to no effect

I had similar issues with mine because of the odd shape curve. I had to build a small air dam that sealed around the lip of the bumper so its air tight all the way around.

Look at Brian Locks car, he did a panel with brake cooling ducts in that location.
