Default Rattling

I have a 2008 350 Z with automatic transmission that has a rattle coming from what seems to be the area of the transmission under the car, car runs fine shifts fine, just has that rattle when I'm sitting at idle in park it has been going on for some time and maybe has got louder but hard to say, 84000 mile tranny fluid is good not burnt. When the car is completely cold it doesn't do it as soon as I start it after about a minute it starts to do it, and as you put it in all gears Park reverse neutral and drive it still makes the sound. If you open up the hood it doesn't sound like it's coming from the engine compartment if you're standing next to the car like at the driver's door and you lean down it sounds like it's coming from underneath the car

Default Rattling

Also the rattle doesn't seem to speed exactly as the engine revs do

Sure it's not exhaust - heat shields etc? Easy to rule out
