Read the whole thread next time before making an idiot out of yourself tanabe350z. BTW you can have a turbo and header together...read it.

actually what he means is a header in the N/A sense, 3 tubes collecting into one and connecting to a catalytic converter. "turbo header" isnt exactly the mechanically correct word for a turbo manifold. this was prob overlooked as the person who wrote that article prob misread or wasnt told correctly what the owner told him. so in that sense no, you cannot have headers on a turbo car.

WTF is going on here. Is it the first of April yet?

Alright since im a nice guy, im not gonna flame him but truth is, you dont need sleeves or "headers" LOL. I cant belive he said headers with TT. anyways, Get eagle Hbeam rods, arias ED pistons 9:1 CR, and meth injection and you're good to go for about 550. Headwork probably needed after that.

And to finish it off, get haltech, true dual exhaust and open dump setup for your wastegates so you scare the bajesus off everyone when you blast by.

so i did some reaserch for you btw as i stated before, yeah id go with nismo headers and the greddy kit, stock block w/ 15psi! should be a kick *** combo! oh stick with the emanage blue! as its a great ems! to add to this wonderful list i would add a custom exhaust, with 5'' downpipes, and a 5'' single exit exhaust for super flow!!! you dont need wastegates eaither thier worthless and a waste of time! and you can save the $$ for a kick *** blow off valve! hope this helps

id get some dc sport 3-2-1 headers, and a lightweight belt for yout idler pulley, reduces the velocity of the engine spool. and you might want to look into powedercaoting your stock block, it reduces drag/cools the motor when your into the big rpm's of the tach. these small things actually gain big numbers on the track. there are tons more little things you can do also, new radiator caps, the nismo ones, actually help smooth out the fluid so yoru engine runs cooler, tricks of the trade...
