Default Kinetix HFC's welds broke

I was wondering if anyone else had a problem with their Kinetix HFC's. The welds on mine broke where the mounting brace is welded...it happened really bad on the drivers side...to the point that there is hole I can stick my pinky finger into, and the passenger's side is just cracked and leaking a little. I'm gonna pull them off tomorrow, and see if I can MIG weld them back up, but they have only been on there for about 4,000 miles MAX.

its your nismo exhaust that is causing the problem. nismo exhaust causes most cat/test pipe setups with hangers to crack. my advice, sell the nismo and get something else.

I'd just not use the hangers before I sold the Nismo. I love the Nismo sound.

since you did not specify a time reference besides mileage, are these the updated version from kinetix or the original?

Mine lasted 22,600 miles before developing a horrible rattle inside. Get in touch with Kinetix and tell them to give you another set.
