Bought some Hawk brakes pads a little over a month ago. I got the rears kinda quick but the fronts took a few weeks. The thing that pissed me off the most is these idiots never returned my phone calls (like 2 so it's not like I was badgering them). And, my PM. They don't communicate with the customer at all. Evertime I call, the dumbass would say, "ummm....let me find it." After 10 minutes, "ummmm....I'll call you back in half hour". But, the dick never calls back.
