long story , short , I was suppose to paypal him the rest for an exhaust , couldn't get paypal working. I asked him to come pick it up personally ( he lives 15 mins away) he said no. I tried everything for him to come get his money , he said I should of paypal him the money like I said. He gave me a negative rating just returning the favor.
