If there's one thing that most vendors don't do well is communicate especially when things get mixed up for whatever reason. Z1 is as good as I have seen with this. We had a small order mixup and Adam contacted me right away, we straightened it out and in the end, I got an even better deal on Bilstein coilovers than I originally anticipated.
