User promised payment. Had open dialog. Said paypal would take 2-3 days to be posted to his acct. After 2 days, agreed he could make partial payment as a deposit. Payment again never made. After teh 2-3 business days, was unable to reach by phone call or text. Cancelled 2 possible deals, as I promised the wheels to him first. Huge waste of time, and a horrible buyer. Up until today, have still not had any contact from buyer. Event after leaving voice mails, and text just asking the honest truth if he ever sent payment so I could entertain other offers.
