Default Random misfire

I own a used 2003 supercharged 350z with 50k miles. It was running like a charm until it randomly started running really rough on my way home from work. I pulled over and had a friend come help me assess the situation. It was idling rough and after shutting it off it didn't want to turn back on. Also my exhaust tips were covered in soot, which wasn't there before this situation. I had it towed and changed the fuel pump, ran fine for 2 days then it wouldn't start. Fixed a split o-ring on the new fuel pump. It runs, roughly, there's an exhaust leak which is my guess for the p0037 code showing. Then there's random misfires on cylinders 2&5. Spark plugs are good, coils are firing. The shop did a compression test (not sure if wet or dry so I'll be doing my own + a leak down test) here are the results:
1- 175
2- 175
3- 145
4- 120
5- 165
6- 115
I'm trying to take out the supercharger and replace the fuel injectors on 2&5 so if someone has a DIY for a 03 Stillen supercharger uninstall or install that would make my life easier. Thoughts?? Thanks

After you fix the exhaust leak, I'd follow that by checking your O2 sensors. Also, check your injectors, they may be shot.

115 and 120 , that's bad vs the other consistent numbers correct??

Yeah the 115 and 120 are low. Just moved into my new house and have tools so I'll see if it jumps up 10-15psi when I do a wet/dry compression test. Because I live in Alaska I'm looking to just get it going and deal with the lowered performance for the summer, then bore the cylinders in the winter

Your compression numbers are horrible, mainly because of how far apart they are from each other.
Before you go crazy boring and honing your engine, make sure it's not the valves that are leaking by. Burned intake valves can cause some very goofy symptoms.
Where's the exhaust leak at? Is it before of after the converters? I thought zakmartin knew what he was talking about but he didn't bother to ask. Anyway, p0037 could be as simple as water in the connector and/or a blown fuse.
You should also use a good scanner to watch the live data for things like short and long term fuel trim, b1s1, b2s1 sensors, and injector pulse width if possible.....to name a few.
