Question. What made you choose the 16g over something like a t3 set up since you going for a stroker build? That thing is going to spool so freaking quick though. With the 2.3 you should be able spool a bigger turbo relatively quick. What are you going to be revving to?

i had too, i put about 20k on it in the first year. i see people on the forums in here with 03 w/ 30k. i plan on keeping it forever so i will enjoy it later on and it will still have low miles.

well i got a really good deal for the turbo, manifold and fuel pump. and i decided to go with a 2.3 cuz if im gunna rebuild im only gunna do it once. i will use the 16g for a little bit, but evenually im gunna go with a bigger turbo. you can always upgrade turbos. dont wanna rev crazy but maybe like 8k

Man you can street tune, there is nothing wrong with it. Hell one of the most renounced tuners I have seen street tune is stuff. Just make sure you know what you are doing and log EVERYTHING. And for the twin disk yea for high hp and good street ability but i rocked a 2600 act setup and never had an issue. I think the crank walk issues where due to the the squirters ( that feed off the mains) stick, which looses the hygroscopic wedge, causing metal on metal contact. To back this up, check with slow boy racing, they weld all theirs.

But thats my opinion ,and you know what they say "Opinions are like A$$holes, everyone has one and they all stink."

28 PSI out of a TH05-16G? I'm no DSM wiseman, but every 4G63 I seen with a 16G didn't come close to 28 PSI.

My TH06-20G pushed out 30PSI at 3200 RPM's on my Galant VR-4.
