Dang, this is going to a be a HUGE meet! We haven't had one this big since... probably the days when I was relatively new to the forum.

 

Back in December 2000?

 

Haha, not that long ago. Back around '05-'07, we regularly had meets with 20-30 Z/Gs. I think the biggest meet I went to had around 50 and a lot of us went to various car shows together, too.

 

5 is just the time we want people to show up
We probably won't go in until about 5:30 so
That way everybody has time to get there.

Cause knowing 5 O'clock traffic it may be harder for
Some people to get there.

Like me! Lol

I honestly don't know what there is to do in
DFW area!

 

Ideally, most people will show up by 5PM so we can chill outside for a bit and check out all the cars in attendance. 5:30 sounds like a good time to head in for food and drinks.

Depending on interest level, I'm sure this can turn into a regular thing -- maybe monthly.

Anything is possible if you don't want to always do food/drinks. It really depends on interest level and who actually participates, but from my experience:
-RACE!!! (local favorite.. no illegal racing, but things like drag, autox)
-go-karts
-attend car shows
-watch car movies
-photoshoots
-strip clubs (no kidding, there have been strip club meets)
-cruises
-dyno days

 

i will call them and move the seating time to 530, and update the total number this afternoon. so if everyone gets there 445-5 that would be perfect, being a saturday there shouldnt be much traffic. there is a big open parking lot behind Bone daddy, that is where we should park so we can all be together

 

changed the reservations to 530 and count to 45-50.... dont let me down, lets do this

Hey I'm down to meet on a regular basis!

 

Oh all of that sounds awesome!!!

Other then the strip club! But if they have a guy stripper then I'm down!!

And monthly sounds good too!!

 

Travis, if you don't mind, see if they will set aside some parking for just us in that back lot. That way, our group's cars aren't mixed in with their other customers' cars.

 

everytime i have been there the back lot is always wide open, i will see what i can do
