LOL it is a normal left hand drive car! the picture gets switched because it is taken in a side view mirror!! next time you drive your LEFT handed car and look in your left side mirror, the car coming up next to you will look like that, but i promise, its just switched!!

Look at the front suspension there may be a plastic piece between the springs that prevents the front suspension from compressing so that the lip doesn't scrape during transport from factory to the dealer.
