Keepiing the cost down for an entry level system is a concern. When we are making all the parts here in the US, it cost alot more then to do in China and with our target price, it doesnt leave alot of room to do things that are not neccessary, if you will. We opted for using three bolt flanges because a. they are cheap,b.they seal good especially when we use copper gaskets (which will come with the kits)and c.it makes it easier to line everthing up and not have to worry about exhaust leaks.

Hey Tim,

I see you went with the dual Exhaust setup.. Would one be able to have a single exhaust? I assume so... Straight from you guys without outside modding?

Thanks

Chris

It will fit all VQ35DE's.No problem. We are doing this on an 06' G35 rev-up but we left room for the steering rack on all VQ35de's.

We will end up doing as single exhaust set-up down the road.

Curious bout the TN upgrade kit you mentioned in the first post.. Will this open up the cap on the TN kits? What does the kit include? more piping? New turbo? You said you are using a Spearco intercooler.. is that the same as in the TN kit?

thanks

The stage 1 kit we are thinking of offering will include a new T4 hotside, all new exhaust plumbing to the turbo and out of the turbo. You will use your wastegate, turbocharger, oil lines, intercooler and piping,etc.......

The stage 2 system will consist of an intercooler upgrade and new piping kit. to go along with all the components of the stage 1 kit. The intercooler we are using will be bigger then the Turbonetics kit.

The stage 3 kit will come with a new turbo to go along with the components of the stage 2 system.

So basically the stage 3 is a completely new kit minus the ecu lol.. Injectors come into mind.. will those be included in the kits? If the stage 0 (stock TN kit) gives you around 360-400rwhp.. what will the other stages bring for estimated rwhp?

Not exactly because you can still use your oil feed lines, drain lines,BOV and wastegate

Those can be included in the kits but we feels as though most people will be doing their own EMS,injectors,etc...upgrades.By going to a larger hotside on the Turbonetics 60-1,it should allow you to make another 25WHP at the same boost level.By removing the restrictions in the exhaust,it should free up another 15WHP or so. So now you are looking at making over 400WHP out of the same turbo that is part of their kit.Overboosting with aftermarket exhausts will not be an issue either.

Tim, so the Stage 1 upgrade will consist of the similar piping to the pictures already shown??

Any idea on what the wait time would be and what price range were looking at??

Thanks

T
