Not worth it.
Stock driveshafts are proving to hold 700+hp. There is no market for this right now unless your shooting for the 900+hp market, which doesn't exist at this time.

There might be a limited market for racers who are looking to shave that last bit of rotating inertia, but once again this is a market that is every small to non-existant.

I have an ACPT carbon drive shaft on my 2003 G35 coupe - it was the first one they made per my request. The fitment was perfect first time out, and I don't have a single issue, no virations, perfect alignment, etc...

It made a big difference in my car, becuase the G doesn't come with a carbon shaft like the 350Z does.

Not worth the effort it would take to install it. All stock 350z drive shaft are carbon.

Here are a few pics of my ACPT Carbon drive shaft on my G35 Coupe -

This is a custom shaft that's larger than stock and good for well over 1500hp.

Our DSport R33 GTR making 900+ has an ACPT Driveshaft and that thing is badass. This probably wouldn't benifit the 350Z crowd because yours come stock CF but the high horsepower G35 crowd should definitely look into this.

Philthy - what was the turn around time once you got the driveshaft to ACPT?

Prices will differ based on your specs - figure between 1-2k. I sent ACPT my stock driver shaft because it was the first G35 drive shaft that they did...

The process took about two months, but now that they've done it already and they have all of the data, it should be much quicker.
