I never thought the day would come but tomorrow will be my last day here at Performance NISSAN of Duarte. It has definitely been a very long journey for me and I am just very happy that I had the opportunity to work with this community. Never have I met such bright individuals and members on this board continue to impress me. I hope that I will always be considered as family to this community. I definitely also have to give thanks to ALL of our customer's, friend's, fan's and supporter's. Without you guys, mynismo.com would not be where it is today and there is no doubt that I wouldn't acknowledge this fact. I just hope that I have been able to show my gratitude and appreciation through my interactions and activities throughout the last 5 years.
Please do not let my departure discourage you from continuing your business with MyNISMO/Performance NISSAN of Duarte. We have very talented and intelligent individuals that can cater to all of your NISSAN needs. These guys are very loyal to the dealer and will show a sense of pride working here because of who we are and all of you who align your allegiance with us should feel the same way. It is definitely an emotional day for me and I couldn't feel anymore fulfilled of what I've accomplished in the last 5 years with Performance NISSAN of Duarte. I want all of you to know that my departure from this dealer has nothing to do with the dealership itself. I know a lot of you are aware of how bad the economic crisis is and how it is effecting our industry. NISSAN dealerships across the country have been closing their doors because of the lack of business and some key players in this game have done the same. Performance NISSAN of Duarte has no plans on closing its doors and will continue to stay strong in all its efforts to cater to you guys. Every single one of these people below understand that today's average consumer expects greater demand for efficiency and accountability and they will strive with their actions to service all of you guys at their best.
Please take the time to read about our staff below and familiarize their role so if any service needs attention, you can align yourself with the appropriate person.

Eddie will pretty much be the "go-to" guy from here on in.

At this point in the thread, I am sure a lot of you have many questions as to what I will be venturing to next. I will be relocating to New York City within the next month or two to pursue other goals that I have set for myself. I have many opportunities lined up but nothing concrete as of yet. I will still be helping out the dealer in terms of marketing, media and public relations so that the dealer does not suffer from my absence. If any of you are curious enough to know what I will be doing and want to follow my career, you can follow me on any of the social and professional network sites that I am on. The links are listed below and I will accept any of your requests to be added.

Damn Andy! In that I have been mostly a lurker on the forum, I have enjoyed reading your helpful post and the support you have provided all the enthusiasts.
I wish you safe travels and much success in whatever new venture you get into. Again, hate to see you go, thanks for all the great reads.

Andy-
wow.. this is craziness... Of all the people that I have met throughout all my years of doing this car hobby thing, you're truly one of the most, dare I say, inspirational persons to me. (
) Remember the time when you, Brian, Willie, and me went to Torrance to take pictures of your car?

Haha. bone stock practically except for the intake duct and RH rims.. now look at your red HKS TT'd Ings+1 Long Nose bling’d out Z.. wow.. I mean… you were one of the first to really explore the wild color rims (ala your Red GT-Fs) and play with color schemes (orange/teal stickers on the black Ings). Always thinking outside the box and not caring what other people thought about your car only made it more awesome... (why else do you think i have orange rims now?! ha) I mean, you've pretty much made it to the top, and what better way to exit the scene than on top (Seinfield?).
Speaking on behalf of the Z community, i want to thank you for throwin' the biggest and best Z meets ever [Autocrave & the Pomona fairgrounds MyNismo Meet]. Personally, I'd like to thank you so much for everything you've helped me do to my ride over the years and the people / company contacts that you've helped me out with.
Best of luck on your endeavors in the Big Apple, I'm sure with your tenacity and attitude of striving for the best, you'll go far...(damn. i better stop else this might get to your ego)
take care bro.

ps. you can be my umbrella girl anytime..

for all your hard work on the site and for the community overall. I really enjoyed our brief discussions last summer when you were able to complete an order request.
Your professionalism and drive will serve you well in the future and I intend to order from mynismo.com shortly because of my direct experience with yourself.
Best of luck and thanks again. Attempting to add to Facebook as we speak...
Thanks Andy.

Thanks guy's. I know this is very sudden but I can assure you all that you're being left behind in good hands.
Cheston - I appreciate your kind words and it means the world to me that you can acknowledge the things that I have done for you. You definitely show leadership in this community and I expect to see you continue down that avenue to show all these new kids here the way things should be done. It has genuinely been an honor meeting you and I highly value the friendship that we have developed over the past few years. I know that we will continue to stay in touch and we will definitely have to share a meal before my take-off. Thanks for everything, Cheston.
