Default Imported Performance Looking to Sponsor a few cars.

Hey guys!

GREAT NEWS! We have it in our budget to begin sponsoring a couple of cars! This will not be a full sponsorship, but it will be more than worth your while.

What we are looking for:

1. Well treated Z's
Good looking paint, nothing that has been "riced out". If you have a show car, we want it to have class, a track car, we want it to have attitude.
2. Owner's that are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and active in the community.
Knowledgeable, you must know your car, know the area in which you will be showing/race, and be able to reach out into that community and have a positive effect.
Enthusiastic, you must want more, always be trying to better yourself, car, and abilities. But never to the point of taking things out of where they belong. Leave the racing on the track and the disputes there as well.
What do I mean by active? Part of the agreement would be that the sponsored vehicle attends 2 car shows/racing events a month, and pictures must be provided.
3. You MUST be willing to put our logo on your vehicle.

What do you get?
Exclusive prices on all of the 250 companies that I am a dealer for, as time progresses, and business grows, I will step up the sponsorship levels based on performance.
Exclusive access to Imported Performance events.
A chance to be part of the Imported Performance Crew at SEMA.

How do you apply?
Put together a portfolio of your car, yourself, and past events that you have attended and e-mail it to

S-Andrews@live.com

Once received, we will review it and get in contact with you to set everything set up.

Can't wait to see what all we get!!! SPONSORSHIPS ARE LIMITED DON'T WAIT!!

Updated, I apologize for leaving that out.

Already getting a couple of e-mails, nice!

Even Canadians can get some love in this.

Welcome. We have seen "exclusive prices" sponsorships before. 99 percent turn out to be scams (50 percent off some imaginary list price). With respect hope this works for you and our members.

I would specify the price, but unfortunately I am unable to post it in open forums. If you just want to know the prices, please PM me and I will be more than happy to tell you.

I know that the internet is a cesspool of scams and lies. I have been on this forum for 2 years, as just a member, and I would never knowingly lie or do anything malicious to any member of these forums. Any question you may ask of me, I will answer fully and honestly, any wrong that I do I will not hide from. I will not scam a single person ever. My intent is to grow as a business and a person, otherwise I would not be here as a sponsor on this forum.

I hope to announce a couple of sponsorships within the next 2 weeks, as well as debut Imported Performance's 370Z.

Give me the chance to begin to earn your trust, and I promise you will never want to go to anyone else.

Daily driven time attack/track day car.

You want the car or the driver to have attitude?

Both having attitude is nice, but you must be professional as well! Put together a portfolio and send it to me!

Sounds like a good way for a few serious enthusiast to get their name out there, as well as vendor exposure.

The only problem I'd have is making 2 shows per month. In the Houston area we have large shows quite often, but not 2 a month worth. Do large car meets count? What about smaller shows hosted by private businesses or organizations?

I currently have a show car quality Z. I have all the "must haves" and take good care of the car. It's fast & beautiful. I like the idea of getting my car sponsored and would enjoy the experience; but outside of that I don't see any value in doing it if I'm not getting free parts or being paid.

If I understand it correctly the sponsor provides parts at a discounted rate, and the receipient is obligated to do a certain amount of car shows etc. If I'm going to pay for my parts anyway how does that help me. Just asking.

All car shows count, I just need pictures of the event.

You gain sponsorship which does is not limited to the discounted prices. You gain my connections, my ability to get your car out there, get your name out there. This is not just about cheaper prices, although I can promise that you would not be able to get a cheaper price on parts.

In your particular case, you may not feel that this is your best option since you have already spent your hard earned money all of your parts. That is understand able. But, keep in mind that once you gain 1 sponsor, others will take notice and you will be on the radar. Becoming visible to companies that give sponsorships is worth all the money that you have invested in your car already plus more.
