I picked up my chrome silver Performance yesterday at Irvine Nissan. When I arrived at the dealership to see the car, it was in the prep area still with the white sheets all over it & the little styrofoam cubes on the rear bumper. A small crowd was there looking at the car - turned out they were a delegation from the Oppama Plant in Japan where the car had been built. There were maybe 5 or 6 people from Japan, including the guy (Kunio Kato) who is the manager in charge of the Z project. They are here for maybe 3 or 4 days to inspect their vehicles after they arrive to see how things look after shipment. Also met the tech services manager fro NNA out of Gardena, CA. I was introduced as the owner of the car. They were all happy to see me. An interesting bonus. And the car drives great.
