The glade scented oils? I tried that once on my old Mustang because it looked like it might actually work real well, but since I almost never use the air vents, and always put my heat on the floor only, they were sort of pointless and didn't smell the car up too much, despite how much oil it was holding.

I like the liquid air freshners from Japan. They're expensive, usually $20.00 or more but they're the best. They last four to six months depending upon if you keep your windows up or down when you're driving.

I'm a smoker and I smoke in my car. At JGTCUSA, I opened my door and Chebosto commented, "your car smells good!" One brand I liked was made by a company called Quest. I couldn't find them after sometime. I'm not even sure of the name of the air freshener I'm using now. Had a Japanese friend buy it for me when she went to J-Town. Next time, she goes to J-Town, I might give her $100 to stock up on five or so to last me a while.

I don't believe so. The boxes have all of this Japanese writing on it so you either have to import them or order them online (Ebay, etc.)

Talking

I bet this post takes it to the 4-page mark. People looooove talkin' about their cars, don't they??

Don't buy air fresheners on ebay....at least not the cardboard ones...they are usually outdated and have long since lost their stink.

I love the fresheners from Yankee Candle. My fave is the black cherry scent. Damn, my car is soooo shek-she! I love looking at it when I'm walking toward it, then the black cherry smell inside makes my mouth water! LOL, keep the Vaseline away from me when I'm anywhere near the tailpipes!
