Default Satellite Radio

Does anyone have the retail price for Sirius Satellite radio?
They do not list the prices on the Nissan web site in the accessories area.

depends on what you get. i would think an in dash is more expensive. i just got the mobile units, both home and car. sirius is doing a big holiday kick/sale. i got the receiver and both docking units for 120 bucks everything.

What are you looking at getting?

I went with a Kenwood in-dash MP3 player and Kenwood tuner/antenna. The MP3 player controls the Sirius, so I dont need any funky external control unit, but I also cannot remove the Sirius and bring it inside.

The tuner was 50 bucks, the antenna was 50 bucks, the head unit was 450 (but they go for as low as 200 for a good one), and service is 12 a month.

ABSOLUTLY WORTH IT.

I view this as a must too. I'm thinking of going with a dedicated head unit instead of the add on... don't like the loss of fidelity with the tuner.

I have my antenna in the strut brace... but I have an older antenna, not the cool new tiny ones, so its a very tight fit. Nice install BTW! Thats is very much what I have, the 903 is quick and easy to install. I placed mine in the DVD tray thingy behind the drivers seat. Another tight fit.

So you need the tuner in addition to the head unit? No head units have the Sirius tuner integrated?

Also, the antenna can go anywhere?

Thanks.
