Just wanted to let everyone know that I've installed the Add On Nissan 6 CD Changer. All changer controls and Mix/Shuffle is controllable from the Factory Non-Bose Head Unit. You press the CD button once to use the original CD, and again to access the changer. The 6 radio buttons allow you to access each of the CD's in the changer without having to select them behind you.

Although the unit was pricey... it was worth it to utilize CD quality sound thru the factory head. Nice mounting brackets and trim plate looks completely OEM.

With this changer, the Diamond Audio 10" sub and an xtant amp, I am very happy with the standard stereo.. finally.

BTW - Dynomatting the doors and the sub compartment cleared up all of the buzz previously heard.

Good to hear that! Now I can proceed with getting the CD changer from Nissan.
