These pictures are WAY cool. Someone needs to send their resume to EA Sports directly and pitch their idea.

actually, it is for a free racing game you can download now called, oddly enough, "Racer." We are finishing up the physics of the car to make in drive as we feel the car does from the stats, since none of us have actually seen or driven it in real life. The car's performance can be tweaked by anyone by editing the car's ini file (a text file that has variable for how the car handles, based on the real numbers), so you can tune the cars. I referenced this site a lot when making the model, my friends are handling the physics of it in game.
The car will hopefully be released soon and anyone with a PC can take it for a spin.
If you would like to learn more about Racer, the free driving simulator project, go to the Racer homepage
There is a lot of talented modellers making a bunch of cars and tracks for this too. I myself have made the new MINI Cooper, the latest gen Celica, and the Renault Alpine A110, and a few other cars in the works. But all kinds of cars are being made, from Le Mans, to muscle cars, to production and exotics.

the interior now. a bit smoother than the work in progress posted above.
the car model is done, complete with all production colors, but as you can see the physics seem to have a little bit to go
i would hope to have it finished up this weekend but that is up to my friends since they have the task of handling. the good thing is that you can edit the car values to tweak it to whatever you want, so if we get it wrong, you can get it right (we've never driven one). it's a bit indepth, but you can do all sorts of things, like add horsepower, change the suspension, weight, add spoilers, etc...
