That was something else I read going through the dealer book is that Nissan was going to auction off the first production model and give the money to charity. Has it happened and for how much?
I don't know about auctioning it off. But I did happen to read in the July Fast Company magazine that Carlos Ghosn was to get #1 off the assembly line. Very likely b.s., though.
Did Nissan already auction off VIN#1?
