Congrats on the purchase, although the house purchase wouldn't have been a bad investment either (i.e. purchasing an appreciating investment ).

 

Actually, I did buy a house last year. And finally after spending an arm and a leg furnishing it, I could afford to get the Z. Appreciation part, I am not sure about. I expect the housing market to stagnate but then if you are living in the house, you don't care about what happens to the market in the short run.

Living in Jersey, going to all those Devils games and seeing them win year after year is punishment enough. If all the Rangers fans left NJ, whom would the Devils fans abuse year after year

haha Go Flyers!!! screw the devils. A girl i knew (quite possibly the hotest girl i've ever hung out with), dated scott gomez for 2 years. I lost contact with her so she might still be, but i got to drink beers with him at the bar, it was so fun. Btw i played hockey from 5yrs old till i was a freshman in college. Anyway back on subject, seems we have a lot of jersey people around, we should get a meet together this spring. Have fun with ur z!!!
