Default Question about grounding kit

I have an 05 and remember reading something about a 110 amp alternator. My meter stays at 14 volts and hardly drops when I am rolling both windows down and turning on the lights. I must say this is one hell of an factory alternator. Do I even need a grounding kit? Aren't grounding kits for cars that have weaker electrical systems?

Grounding kits are for "hp gains". Not really gains but fewer loses. Supposedly with enough interference due to rotating equipment, moving parts etc, and everything controlled by an ECU, you will lose about 1-2 HP per 100 HP produced from your engine. Supposedly several grounding kit manufacturers claim 3 HP gains on a stock Z. Will report again after I get my car dynoed around the same season this year.

Check out a Sun Automobile system and see for yourself. A lot of the other companies use cheap materials and are just trying to make money without any research in their product
