need help regarding jack stand adaptors(search is non functional)

does anyone know what the item number is for the jack stand adaptors that jc whitney sells? i would like to get the z on 4 jackstands this coming weekend so i can swap some fluids. if anyone has it, please post it here. thanks.

search seems to be working on jc whitneys site, but i cannot find the pad. i remember seeing it there before.

anyways, here is a link i found for a site that sells it. dont know if the company is any good. good luck.
