i am also experiencing a noise from the rear hatch area, that starts in the afternoon as a rattle that gradually turns into a squeaking noise by evening.i know it has been mentioned that it may be the rear strut tower.has anyone come up with a definite fix yet?

 

I thought mine was a strut bar rattle but after disassembling it and padding it there was still a rattle and I didn;t know what to do until someone mentioned they had a rattle and it came from the third brake light area, so when I was driving I reached up and touched the area and it stopped, I haven;t fixed it but they said it was a metal part that was rattling against the window.
