I actually intended for the plate to mean "Well Hung" . William Hung was used in justification box that they require when applying for the plate online. Guess they are smarter than that.

 

seems like you can get away with almost anything here in Wisco... there's a guy in an Evo in my area with the license plate "DEZNUTZ"

You can probably slide by a bunch of plates on the DMV...but all it takes is one complaint and you're pretty much toast.

 

I used to work with a guy with a Lamborghini Diablo and his plate was FROMHEL. On the form he said it is a character in Lord of the Rings.
