Ok, now I'll assume that you're serious. Seriously, if it matters, the girl in this photo is at least 18, based on the fact that the
web-site (which I wouldn't recommend you go to if the photo posted here offends you) that bears her name must be federally compliant with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257.

Even if she wasn't 18, the picture in this thread is in no way pornographic or distasteful. She is fully clothed in attire that would be perfectly acceptable at any public beach or swimming pool. The post is, therefore within the guidelines of this site. I'm sorry if it offended you.
