Default How Much $

I am going to have to sell my z, just wondering what you guys think I should ask for a starting price...you can see my list of mods below...I also have the stock cats, exhaust, hoses, front stabilizer bar, crankshaft pulley and shifter linkage.

The car has just over 16 k miles, very few nicks etc.

Also has new front tires and front end alignment per TSB.

Fritz

I'm thinking about $28k...is that reasonable?

Assuming an 2003. Starting I would say $25,000. Trade in your looking at 22,900, they suggest you sell $26,850.

yes it is an 03...it does have about 4k in mods...the prices you suggest would be for a stock touring model, correct?

Yes but most people dont or will not pay more for mods. Its the breaks man. Your best bet would try to get it stock again and sell your parts outright.

A broker I know says on most cars now the more "bells and whistles" the less likely it will sell.

Right. Unless you find an enthusiast, your mods are worth diddly as far as resale value goes. You can maybe bump up your price a hair but I wouldn't raise it more than $1k over what you should be asking.
