Only a 7hp gain? Not a good sign....they didn't talk about turbo/superchargers though.....unless all the off-road stuff they'll sell includes those....which sucks

i dunno if any of yall have thought of this....

but dont u think they the increase may only be a small 8hp b/c the Z already has a good exhaust system....

if there is something already good on the car, dont be suprised if you find something better but only by a lil bit...

 

keep in mind that the only thing this car has done to it is exhaust and an air filter. I do not endorse new air filters at all b/c at high tempatures they can lose power. IF, they make power its usually around 1hp. I'll wait until a real cold air intake is developed. So this leads me to believe that they made most of the power from the exhaust system. Even with subtracting a (guestimated) 1 hp from the 8 total gained, 7 hp from an exhaust is extremely good. Overall, I am very pleased with this article and you all should be too.

 

i believe you over looked the part where "they are gonna get nismo off its feet for the first year"........ then a "R Spec" as they put it will be coming out......
