Women Z Owners
I'm fairly new to this forum...and am addicted!!
Since getting my Z about a month ago I'm finding myself obsessed with trying to look for other Z's while out driving around. I have even been known to change my route just to catch up to another Z to see who's driving! Am I insane? LOL
Also lately I've noticed that most of the Z's i've seen are other women drivers. There seem to be alot of us out there. Just curious what the guys thoughts on this were.

It's nice to see other Z drivers you know on the road, but many times its some stranger. Out in Southern California, I see more male drivers. They tend to speed away from me.
It's awesome to see more women driving Z's.

I've only seen a few Zs around here. All of them were guys except a SB one I saw, who had an older blonde woman driving it. She was a b|tch though, didn't even wave at me after she saw me wavin at her
. Maybe she thought I was hittin on her or somethin. She just doesn't understand the brotherhood of the Z

I know what you mean about it being a "Z thing". I've seen a few people with Z's ...that just drive them like they are any other car!
I saw a Z one day and raced to catch up to him and pulled a long side. It was this older guy with driving gloves and everything and I waved at him and he got a big smile on his face and gave me the thumbs up, it was really cool. Hopefully I will come across more people that understand the Z "brotherhood"...or sisterhood.

Here is a little story, most Z drivers out here where I live are male drivers and most of them wave or give thums up, last summer i ran into female driving a Silver Stone we came up to a stop light and I pulled next to her and just beeng friendly I said " great looking car, Silver Stone was my second choice" she replied with "Lemans Sunset is my last choice" and turned the other way, man that was a bad moment for me.. Anyhow the other day I stoped at this Ford dealer to check out the Stangs and I see a Silver Stone sitting there when I asked the sales dude about it he said some chic just traded for a Mustang, I live in a town of 6000 people, when i asked if she lived of rt 47 and Belden rd. he said yes, that was the same chic that snubed me last summer.
I guess she wasn`t ment to be a Z thing.

I've seen a few around town and just give them a nod. They respond in the same way.
Was getting my hair cut next to an older hottie who had a DB Roadster and we talked about Z's for a while. She had no clue to the car or problems. Just a wealthy nice married woman who loved the car.

Depending on the time of day I noticed I see more female drivers driving Z's afternoon to about sunset. I notice male drivers morning (on their way to work/school) and evenings.
I've only had my 350Z for a few weeks but this is what I have noticed. I usually give a friendly wave to anyone driving any model Z. When I am in my 350, I don't get many responses from folks in 350's or 300ZX's. A few but not many, keep in mind I am driving in with the 9-5 crowd. However, when I am in my 300ZX Twin Turbo, which appears stock, on the weekends or evenings I get alot more responses from other Z32's but still do not get alot of responses from Z33's. I figure its just because alot of the folks with Z33's are not neccessarily into the whole Z thing, maybe they just liked the car on its own without being aware of the whole Z heritage (yet!). I bet many of them will get it soon, just give them time. lol. Anyway its always fun to wave and see what response you get.

I am close to Central Jersey, we should get together and play tag on the highway sometime...Thats if it's ok with your boyfriend of course. I like seeing other Z's in motion, especially if they have the 18" touring wheels like I do.
