Clear and blatant fact... the door handles are great... even on the blue one...

I sat in one in person, they looked great... I recall some doubts earlier last month when pics where seen by others... Now I've seen them up close and personal... I'm standing behind my pervious comments.
“The door handles add attitude and sportier look to the car. Nissan did not let you down.”

My take... tell me you dont like the door handles... then dont buy the car... Go spend an extra 30,000 for the Lexus 430, you wont have the handles and you'll have the hard top convert.

A pro ( I love the 350z) 350z, Point was being made...Directed to those that say to themselves " I dont know if I want the car because the handles"

They look great (yet no flame intended).. as above "They were part of the design... and I know many have only seen them through the pics... but in person they look way better... the pics dont give them the respect.

 

I look at the new Z.. in any color -- perhaps more riveting in darker colors... and what draws are your eyeballs first drawn and attracted to ....

1. the Z body -- overall...

2. the door handles... and then to front...with eyes sweeping back to the rear..


like looking over a woman ( it depends what attracts you first after getting the overall image -- then the sweep happens).......

 

Apparently, the design for the Z suspension relied heavily on input from the Renault Lecar engineering team. In fact, so much so that you won't have to worry about the door handles for very long

Flyingscot; after those remarks, you should be shot. Besides, didn't the French gov't send all of them into orbit around the Earth back in the 80's? Permanent orbit, so they couldn't do any more harm to cars?
