O.K., this is my first post.

Ordered a 350Z back in the summer Touring, Automatic (wife thing), Silverstone on Burnt Orange, All Options including DVD. Delivery for February '03.

Have been calling dealers almost weekly (have called every dealer in the State of Florida) to try to locate once sooner. Well, I lucked out.

Got a call from a different dealer saying they have one coming due to arrive before 12/3 (confirmed in inventory) and so I gave them the deposit. Just waiting for the call now to go and pick up the car in Tampa, about 3.5 hrs. from where I live, but I'll fly up. Should be a nice drive back in the car, put a few miles on it.

The best news is the car is at MSRP. I had some trying to offer at 3K-7K over MSRP. Glad I held out.

The only thing I sacrificed was the DVD and the side air bags, other than that the car is identical to what I ordered with the original dealer. I guess I'll just be sure to wear a helmet when I'm driving.

There are only 3 things I want to do to this car:

1. After market NAV (I guess I will search the threads to figure where to go and what to do).

2. 19" wheels (who makes'em? for that car, lightwieght), Kinesis maybe?

3. Tint

That's it, not much really. I just wanted a solid, performance car and I've loved this car since I was a kid.

I will post pics when it comes in.

Any recommendations on the 3 upgrades I mentioned would be good. Anyone in South Florida found a place to get 19"wheels.

I will search the posts.

As for my license plate, I can only use 5 aplhanumeric because it will be a Miami Dolphins Plate.
