I just used a free program called "Theme Creator Pro 3G" and followed the online tutorial so it wasn't that bad. Getting the right colors was the hardest part because you have to make sure the letters and the backgrounds and the highlights all don't drown each other out. I'm pretty sure the theme I made doesn't work on the Samsungs or S700i but I know that the software lets you create themese for many different phones so all you have to do is choose your phone type and it sets it all up for you since they all have different menus and such.
