Default couple of problems, need advice

My drivers side window was broken into with a pry bar from the top, and the fix it shop cant seem to get it right, the window is too high when i go to close it and doesnt roll down automatically like the other side and go back up when its closed. I tried adjusting the height yet no help, and when I hit auto up it goes all the way up and goes back down like its hitting something, and it happens when the door is open also.

2nd issue

When I start my car, just after start up i hear what sounds like a quick grinding noise on random occasions, kinda like there is no oil up in the engine, yet I use synthetic, or the starter is not releasing or something, not sure?

3rd issue

I have a 2003 and the nav door wont retract any more, I have to push it back up in. I took it apart and noticed the connection between the door and the retractor is broke. Is this covered under warranty?

thanks for any help

i would think the 3rd issue is covered under warranty. And, while at the dealer, I would pay for them to fix #1. They should know where everything needs to be set to work properly. Anyone else would be working off their best guesses and, apparenlty, that ain't good enough in this case.

Sorry, i have no ideas on #2.
