Good point about the flesh-eating bacteria...though someone could just as easily put it on your door handle (you still have to touch the doorhandle with your hand, regardless of how you unlock it).

Though you might risk more if you switch to this.
On top of the car still needing the key to start with a pushbutton, you could always install a engine-kill switch in the lockbox behind the seat and lock it up when you exit the car. So if a potential car theif somehow made it past needing the key, I doubt they would think to look for a kill-switch in the box.
and if you are really paranoid, you could install multiple kill-switches in line in different areas of the car so you would have to switch them all on, put the key in, and push the button.
That would give any thief a headache and a half.

The first one seems good...the second one doesn't even seem legit. You have ot order by e-mail or fax and I couldn't even find a price list, much less figure out what they were trying to say. The grammar seems similar to that of a scam-artist from Nigeria.
Have any of you gotten those e-mails from a *wealthy nigerian trying to get his family out of the country that wants you to help him get his money out but needs 10,000 from you which will be paid back 10 fold within 3 weeks*? The grammar sounds kinda like that. LOL
If you do it go with the first link and tell me how it goes...very interested in this.

I looked up this company and they have biometric starters for sale. Anybody know anything about them or have a biometric starter installed?

It would be great not to carry around keys.
