I live in Miramar, close enough right? I ordered a Black enthusiast with aero from a dealer in Indiana. Only did it because at the time, Maroone Nissan (4 minutes from my house) wanted MSRP plus $5000.00. They pretty mych laughed at me getting MSRP. They even went so far as to tell me that all the dealers in South Florida had made a pact to not sell for less than 5 grand over MSRP. So I preordered out of state; than three days later, they changed their minds!! Oh, well. I still get the same car, It just gets two train rides now.

You are right on the money. The dealers down here also tried to charge me $3500 to $5000 over MSRP. However, Nissan slapped Maroone on the wrist and told them that they would not allow them to do that here because of the amount of market share they control in south florida.
Plantation Nissan-Volvo is still asking for $3500 over MSRP for their initial allocation of cars. So I ended up buying the car at Maroone in Coral Gables on March 15th when they were no longer charging a premium on the car.
Touring / Chrome-Silver / 6MT / Loaded except for Nav.

¿¿So Florida 350Z Sightings or Pre-Views??
Hey everbody I have seen several to many posts here and on ZCAR about the 350Z being Sighted, or having a special Pre-View event of the car before G/A delivery. Any thoughts if we might get a invite to an event in So Florida from one of our friendly and helpful area dealers! (Other than the call for the check).

I hear you man! I was fortunate enough to have seen the 350Z in person at the Ft. Lauderdale Auto Show. The car was awesome in person and in my opinion the hit of the auto show even though BMW was accross the way. Seeing it in person was what convinced me to place the order on March 15.
However, that was a long time ago and I wish Nissan would hear our "cries" down here in south florida to set up any event where we could come and see the car before it is released.
Preferably at South Beach!!!

Hey Phat Z, all the way for the showing in Miami Beach, I live in South Beach. I also went to the Ft. Lauderdale show and saw the 350Z and she look tired but a beauty.!
I don't think we will hear from the gang at Maroone Coral Gables for anything special.

Yeah, What's going on with all the z appearances at shows and things in Cali and Texas? Why not here? We're the third largest state and South Florida is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country. No respect! Out west they take the Z's to fuddruckers, but I guess we can't get one until we pay our 30k!
