Does anyone know if extended warranties cover the clutch? I'm about to look at a 2003 track model with high mileage (43,000 miles). The last thing I want is the clutch going.

Also, the Nissan warranty, is it 36,000 bumper to bumper and 60,000 powertrain?

 

From what I've read, the clutch is considered a wearable item therefor it won't be covered. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.
