Nissan Dealership Fairfax VA
Since so many horrifying service experiences are posted, I thought I'd take a moment to describe today's encounter with Browns Fairfax Nissan. I am planning to have a Vortech kit installed later this week and decided that it would be wise to have the factory defects corrected while all is still stock. So I dropped the car off having requested attention to the feathering front tires (very loud), the streaking windows, scratching third gear and an oil change. When I picked the car up several hours later the front tires had been replaced and an alignment performed, the window issue was corrected and all was well with the world. They claimed to have not been able to reproduce the transmission / syncro issue, but it is slight and only seems to occur in cold temperatures so no worries.
All in all I must compliment Jeff and Browns for a job well done. Now if I take some time to give their staff lessons on detailing and using kid gloves to avoid the minor scratches that _always_ happen at dealerships we can raise their score from A to A+.

Yeah I've had nothing but good service at Browns Sterling Nissan. But the last time I took it there for an oil change and to have my TP sensors recalibrated, they pulled the car out and the dash gauges still read -- --. The guy that did it thought I had a low pressure light on the dash and didn't bother to check the gauges, he kept telling me the light on the dash wasn't on. I said it was never on but the gauges don't read anything. So they pulled it back in and fixid it right and only charged me $25 to recalibrate my TPS.

I bought Z from fairfax nissan they are awesome there service manager scott fair is the man my friend wrecked his z and he gave us the tools and let us take of all his old afterarket parts right there. My friend also bought his second z from them to after he totaled the first. There is a dealer named noor and hes is the man very patient with our dealing and we ended up getting his car for 50$ over invoice. Browns fairfax is the best.
