Question bike rack for Z

This may seem like a silly question, but has anyone seen a bike rack for the Z? I sometimes need to transport my road bike, and somehow I think that brace is going to be problem.

A bike rack will most definately nagatively affect the driving performance of your Z. And besides that, it will look aweful. I wouldn't recommend it. If you must, have a friend with a big car transport the bike for you. So start making some friends with big cars.

No, it won't be my only car. I also have a Tahoe. I was looking for a nonpermanent rack, maybe rear mount. I only need to use the Z to transport the bike occasionally.

I was debating whether or not to put on a bike rack/snowboard rack on my Z. I have a Yakima rack that I purchased for my 325i then adapted for my Maxima. The rack didn't quite fit as nicely on the maxima and left some scratches on the roof. At this point, I'm afraid of getting scratches on my Z, so I'm putting the rack on yet. However both Yakima and Thule make great bike racks.

I love my bike and plan to transport it lots of places, but will use my other car. I haven't seen a bike rack yet that I would feel comfortable putting on the Z. Roof seems too short for roof racks, Hatch too high and the wrong shape for trunk mounted racks. Trailer hitch type racks look pretty clunky

A hitch mount rack would probably be the best way to go on the Z. They're easily detachable and can be left off when you don't need it. But you'd have to have a small hitch mounted to your undercarriage. It wouldn't be too visible, especially if it was painted black.
